Caroline is a consultant and artist with more than 30 years of experience helping people work through complex organizational challenges. Her work spans workplace strategy, human-centered design, knowledge management, and practical uses of AI.
Her original digital art is gathered into collections around a feeling. Pelleyology brings these practices together with her interest in family stories and what they reveal.

Gregory’s work spans architecture, ministry, nonprofit leadership, and writing. He has led organizations, developed educational programs, and written and delivered more than 250 public addresses.
He is pursuing a doctorate in Liberal Studies at Georgetown University, researching how foundational stories shape our understanding of justice. His work brings together practical leadership and questions of meaning, community, and how we live together.
